Frequently asked questions

How do I start coloring a picture?

Choose any available picture from the Levels screen. After it loads, select a numbered color from the palette and tap an area with the matching number.

How do I reach very small areas?

Use two fingers to pinch and zoom, then drag the canvas to move around the illustration. You can zoom back out whenever you want the full view.

Is my progress saved?

Yes. Filled areas are stored locally on your device when you leave a picture. Open the same picture later to continue where you stopped.

What does the hint button do?

A hint points you toward an unfilled area for the color you are working on. It is there for those moments when one tiny space is hard to spot.

Can I turn sound or haptics off?

Yes. Open Settings from the Levels screen to change sound and haptic feedback independently.

Why is a picture locked?

Some pictures may be marked as unavailable in the built-in collection. Choose another available picture while that one remains locked.

How do I clear my coloring progress?

Open Settings and choose “Clear local progress.” After you confirm, all locally stored filled-area progress is removed. This cannot be undone.

What should I do if a picture will not load?

Close and reopen Color Moments, then try the picture again. If the issue continues, contact us with the details listed below.
