This Privacy Policy explains how Color Moments (“we,” “us,” or “the app”) handles information. We designed the core coloring experience to work without an account and to keep coloring progress on your device.
1. Information stored on your device
Color Moments stores the following information locally so the app can work as expected:
- the identifiers of picture areas you have filled;
- your progress for each picture;
- your sound and haptic feedback preferences; and
- your privacy-consent status.
This locally stored information is used to restore your progress and settings. The core app does not require you to create an account.
2. Advertising services
Color Moments may display interstitial or rewarded advertising. When advertising is enabled in a distributed version of the app, an advertising provider may process device, advertising, network, interaction, or approximate-location information in accordance with its own privacy policy and your platform privacy choices. The exact information processed depends on the provider, platform, region, and consent settings.
Where required, we will present applicable consent or privacy choices before enabling personalized advertising.
3. How information is used
Locally stored information is used to save and restore your pictures, apply your settings, and operate app features. Information processed by advertising providers may be used to deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertisements.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your locally stored coloring progress. Information may be processed by platform or advertising service providers when their services are active, and may be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
5. Retention and your controls
Your coloring progress and preferences remain on your device until you clear them, uninstall the app, or the operating system removes app data. You can remove all saved coloring progress from Settings by selecting “Clear local progress.” Advertising providers may apply their own retention periods.
6. Children’s privacy
Color Moments is a general-audience coloring puzzle app. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal contact information through the app. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s device use and review any advertising or platform privacy controls available on the device.
7. External links and third parties
The app or website may link to external pages, app stores, or third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
