Data deletion requests

To request deletion of applicable data associated with GemBeans Art, email service@gembean.cc with the subject Data Deletion Request. Please include the app name and a short description of your request.

Local game progress and settings can be deleted from your device by clearing app data or uninstalling GemBeans Art. We will delete or anonymize applicable data where possible, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational purposes. Some information controlled by Google Play, Firebase, GameAnalytics, Adjust, advertising partners, or other service providers may need to be managed through those providers' own privacy tools or support channels.
